By continuing to use this application you are deemed to have assented to each term and section contained in this Terms of Use, as updated and revised, time to time. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use any of the products or services provided and exit immediately.

The use of the application/software is absolutely voluntary. The company/service provider allows you to only access and make personal, non-commercial use of the application/software.

The information provided on the application/software is provided in good faith and every effort is made to provide and present accurate and reliable information, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Application/software.

The information collected and shown on the application/software is an online open-content information as available. Therefore, at best, of general nature and cannot be substitute for authentic verified information i.e by the competent authority or other source.

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the application/software or reliance on any information provided on the application/software. Further, you agree that your use of the application/software is at your sole and exclusive risk and that any service provided by the Company are on an "As is" basis.

The company/service provider does not warrant that the content will remain unchanged or accessible on the application/software. The company/service provider reserve the right to alter, modify, remove, update any content/service/functionality without notice, as and when it deems fit and the company/service provider shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused thereto.

Account & User Information

You may be required to create an account as a part of registration process or otherwise, to use the application/software. You may be required to provide certain information as e-mail Id, Name, mobile number, etc. during the registration process or use of the application/software. You certify that the information provided by you is true, accurate, current, authorised and complete in all aspect. If there is any change in information so provided, you shall update the same immediately. You shall not provide any email id, mobile number, and/or any information/data that is not owned by you. If you provide any email id, mobile number, and/or any information/data that is not owned by you and backup files are sent there, then any objections raised by the owner of that email id will hold you solely responsible for that act and company/service provider will not be liable for any of your act. You agree that you will face all the charges in such situation and will protect/indemnify the company/service provider.

Further, the company/service provider does not collect any other information or data except one which is voluntarily provided or is permissible as per law. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Terms of Use the company/service provider reserves its right to disclose any information submitted or collected from you in connection with any governmental, administrative, regulatory or judicial proceeding or as may be required by any law or regulation as may be applicable.

You are solely responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs through or under your copy/account of software (even when content is posted by others). Any fraudulent, abusive and/or unauthorized activity may be grounds for termination of your right to service or to access software and may be grounds for potential liability against you. In such case only you will be liable to face any action taken by the victim and the company/service provider shall not be liable in any circumstance.

Data, Backups, and IP

You agree to the fact that we can/may retain a copy of your backup file/data in the future, if required, or if we migrate our services to use our private cloud and can use your personal data, as provided voluntarily, in any way for our purpose. You must not request for providing backup file if you lose any data because of any reason from the company/service provider as the company/service provider may or may not keep the same and the company/service provider of the app has no access to your case related data, to maintain your privacy.

You agree not to modify, adapt or translate the software. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software, company/service provider does not give you any rights of ownership. The software is protected by copyright including but not limited to Indian Laws. Further, the design/layout/structure and code of the software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information and belong only to the company/service provider and you shall not copy the same.

You may be allowed to provide your views, comments, feedback, opinion etc on the application/software. You shall be solely responsible for the material you submit. However, the company/service provider may use the material provided for its internal or external purposes, and you understand and acknowledge that the information is available to the public and grant license to the company/service provider to display, reproduce, transmit, modify, etc such material.

Subscription, Auto-renewal (if applicable), Payment Terms

The application provides access to paid services as described within the Application. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or any part of the services at any time without any prior notice.

Access to certain features of the Application is subject to the payment of applicable fees. All payments shall be made in advance through authorized payment gateways. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company.

Subscriptions shall be auto-renewed at the end of billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date. The user may manage or cancel the subscription through their account settings.

In the event of non-renewal of a subscription, access to the paid Services shall cease upon expiry of the applicable subscription term. The Company may retain the User's account data and content for a period of up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of such expiry to facilitate account reactivation, customer support, legal compliance, security, backup, or other legitimate business purposes. Upon expiry of the aforesaid retention period, the data may no longer be recoverable or capable of restoration, and the Company reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all associated data without any further notice to the User.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All fees, charges, and subscription payments paid by the User are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as otherwise required under applicable law.

Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate access to the Platform or Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to cases involving unauthorized use of the Platform, breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, violation of applicable law, submission of false or misleading information, misuse of the Services, security concerns, fraudulent or suspicious activities, or any conduct that may adversely affect the Platform, its users, or the Company's legitimate interests.

Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
