The Company does not store Users' complete payment card details, CVV, net-banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information. Such information is collected and processed directly by the relevant payment gateway in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable security standards.

The Company may receive/retain limited transaction-related information such as transaction identifiers, payment status, billing details, and the last four digits of a payment card, where made available by the payment gateway.

By accessing and using the application/software/site you consent to collection, storage and use of personal data you voluntarily provide (including any changes provided thereto, as provided by you).

By clicking "I Agree", you:

• Consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in the privacy policy as well as the terms and conditions.

The Platform and Services are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly collect, process, or solicit Personal Data from children.

By accessing or using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and is competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

If the Company becomes aware that Personal Data of a child has been collected or processed without the consent required under applicable law, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and take appropriate steps to delete such Personal Data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The application/software may include links to other websites or application, which are governed by their own privacy policy, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our server, we shall not be liable for use of any information provided by you on third party server. However, we do not provide any personally identifiable information to any third party website/advertiser, etc without your consent.

Our payment gateway may collect billing information and banking/debit/credit card details if you choose to subscribe to our paid services.

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We implement reasonable security practices and procedures and comply with applicable data protection laws, to safeguard your information.

While we take appropriate measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, no system can be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Username and password. Please ensure that you do not share your login details with others. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

The Company shall acknowledge grievances within a reasonable period and endeavour to resolve them within the timelines prescribed under applicable law and its internal grievance redressal mechanism.

Delete Account and Withdrawal of Consent

The User may delete his/her account at any time by selecting the "Delete Account" option available in the Settings page, including in circumstances where the User wishes to withdraw his/her consent for the processing of personal data.

Upon deletion of the account, all data and information associated with such account, including any personal data provided to the Company/Service Provider, shall be permanently deleted and shall not be capable of being recovered or restored.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company/Service Provider may retain certain data and information that was collected or generated prior to the deletion of the account or withdrawal of consent, to the extent required for compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or any other lawful purpose permitted under applicable law. Deletion of account or Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing of personal data that was done before the account was deleted or consent was withdrawn.

Terms and Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The Company may amend, modify, or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its business practices, legal or regulatory requirements, technology, or operational needs.
